Yoga is an 5000 years ancient practice that fosters growth in countless ways. It is deeply transformative, and I am living proof of its power. Many of my dedicated clients have experienced profound, positive changes in all aspects of their lives through yoga.

For me, yoga goes far beyond physical movement—it’s a holistic journey. It’s about cultivating body awareness, moving mindfully, achieving mental clarity, embracing silence, nurturing emotional well-being, releasing trauma, connecting with nature, building physical strength, and fostering spiritual harmony.
My teaching style blends various yoga traditions to guide individuals toward inner stillness and peace of mind. In my classes, you’ll explore a mix of breathing techniques, meditations, and yoga styles such as Hatha, Kundalini, Flow, Yin, Yang, and Tai Chi. I place a strong emphasis on body awareness and adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or group.

Recognizing that everyone’s needs are different, no two sessions are ever the same. I offer private and group classes, as well as sessions tailored for retreats. Whether online or in person, my private classes provide a personalized experience designed to help you achieve your goals.
