Whispers of the wild
Join a small group of just 12 people for a playful adventure! We’ll explore both inside ourselves and the natural world around us, playing in Mother Nature’s field. Our program offers a mix of relaxing quiet times, exercise, fun, and free time, creating the perfect environment for personal growth while exploring wildlife and enjoying the freedom of being alone.
You’ll participate in activities like breathwork, body awareness, yoga, hiking, bonfires and savoring healthy meals. As you discover more about yourself, you’ll meet others, leaving behind old habits and trying new things. These are just some of the good things waiting for you during this expedition. We also engage in inner work and campfire conversations, delving into deep talks about who you are, what you need, and how to improve.
